The price will vary depending on the length of your stay.
A minimum stay starts as from one month on. A stay as from 3 months+ will benefit from a price reduction.
Prices include regular usage of internet as well as a reasonable consumption of water, electricity and heating (max 200 euro/month), and fire insurance.
Upon reservation a prepayment for the first month is due and confirms your reservation. Payments for any longer stays are payable prior to the beginning of each month.
